Nice little pillow I only kept as I was planning to make it a little smaller for my camper. Approximately 6-8 inches of the bottom of the pillow (which was in the center of the roll when shipped) was never released/inflated even after being left alone for a week.

Opened packaging and topper were perfectly flat, never puffed up. The topper was very low quality memory foam compared to other memory foam items I have purchased. I would have sent it back but the item was too complex to return in the packaging.

It was comfortable enough, but the chemical smell was overwhelming. Although ventilated when the air purifier ran next to it, the smell was still too strong after a week. (I had a swollen face and difficulty breathing in the morning. The night wore on and the symptoms went away.) Needless to say I returned it. Such a shame.

UPDATE: After requesting a refund directly from the seller and sending photos I received a full refund. I just asked for a refund. I had it unpacked within 48 hours according to the instructions. It is so broken and deformed that it is unusable for me. I will see how they respond and update on requests for refunds etc. The goods seem to have been on the shelf for a long time, sealed in packaging.

I missed my return deadline by 3-4 days. but I wanted to encourage others to open this product and try it right away. I lost the price of this bed pillow for not doing this. It was defective and looked like it had been exposed to heat and melted. it was flat and useless.
