I did a lot of research. As of February 2020, a Category 7 shielded cable is the best/most tested/most reliable Ethernet cable you can use. Some advertise Cat 8 but they are wrong. I originally received these to solve a disconnect issue when playing Path of Exile over Wi-Fi.
