Maximm CAT6 Ethernet Cable 75ft - High Speed Internet Network LAN Cord, Outdoor Waterproof (Black) Review

I bought two ethernet cables and this cable was a significantly smaller gauge than the other one I received. The cable is currently outdoors and connected to our family's CCTV system, so we're hoping it will stand up to the harsh East Coast weather conditions. * The cable on the left is the relevant product.

Cable runs from the Ethernet port on the house wall to the pool controller a few meters away. Some of the cable routing runs about 6 inches underground. The other section is in a 1-1/2 inch deep groove in the concrete and is covered with paver sand. So far the cable has worked well - the area is regularly dampened as it gets about 1/4-1/2 inch of water each time. the pool filter has been cleaned, the cable works without problems.

I plan to use a 150 foot ethernet cable to connect to my detached garage so I can connect to the network. Didn't get a chance to bury it, but plugged it in to make sure it worked. The quality of the cables and plugs is very good. My only complaint is with the small safety clips that have to be depressed to remove the plug from the socket. They require some squeezing force to release the clamp. I can highly recommend the purchase.
