I received this set of window cleaning mops today and unfortunately it was a disappointment. Both parts work great, but I didn't realize it was a single whole. I thought there were two pieces in the package - a washing machine and a mop, but they are connected. The washing part interferes with trying to wash off the water if there is something next to the window pane. This saved me from a possible suicide by climbing on the roof to clean the new windows we just installed which had a lot of fingerprints from the installers (The installer will discussed elsewhere). This is a normal product. Simply good. I have a scraper this size because I thought it would be good for my living room windows, but found it a little more difficult to use than I thought. It's not because I don't know how to use a squeegee, it's simply because given the size and the brush on the back, it doesn't quite flow freely if that makes sense.
