Eucerin Roughness Relief Lotion Fluid Review

I had really strong CPs on both shoulders and only this lotion helped them go away! I'm on my 3rd bottle now and only use it after my shower before bed. He's very fat, but I just ignore him. The dermatologist recommended it to me in addition to the cream he prescribed. The cream or ointment I used really helped but ran out so I just use lotion now. I received this Eucerin Roughness Relief Lotion and the bottle was covered with an oily slimy liquid even though the bottle pump was still in the blocked position. It was watery but still very slimy/oily. I washed the bottle, thinking it was just squeezed out when it was delivered, and opened the pump to try the lotion. What came out of the bottle looked like water someone was trying to mix with lotion (see photo). I tried shaking the bottle, thinking it might have come loose in transit, but…

I've tried so hard to like this lotion but I just can't. My dermatologist recommended this brand and style to help my strawberry legs and arms and I really can't tell if it would have helped or not because I just had to stop using this lotion it's just awful. I started applying it every night after showering and my first thought was that it felt oily like sunscreen. I figured it would fade over time as it soaked into my skin and just rubbed against my bed covers. It's not like this. Not at all.

It feels nice and has really reduced the roughness on my hands. It's a really weird feeling when it dries, especially when your clothes are touching your skin. My clothes almost stick to me. But I'll look into it because it works for what I wanted.

I have extremely strong CP on the back of my arms (easier on my legs and buttocks) and have been on an obsessive quest to finally get CP on my arms to get rid of . I've been using Amlactin lotion for years to treat rough heels and elbows. The last bottle or two weren't as effective. Not sure if the formula has changed or what but I decided to try this product instead. I wanted to wait a while to check it out so I really know how it works. As long as I'm happy Thanks to this Eucerin formula, my feet and elbows become smooth without any problems. I have follicular keratosis, I bought this to help my skin with this condition due to urea but it doesn't seem to help much. The smell doesn't bother me because I've used other unscented lotions, but it leaves an odd film on the skin. Also, it seemed like it had been diluted with water or something.

Eucerin Roughness Relief is the same product as the former Eucerin Professional Repair. Not sure why they had to change the name and cause confusion!

The worst packaging, no pillow. The bottle arrived with cream leaking everywhere. I don't understand how it spilled, the dispenser was in the closed position. You must turn it to the open position before use. There is no manufacture date/expiry date, I don't know if it can be used or not.
