Vacuum cleaner works very well in kitchens on wooden floors and tiles. I wouldn't use it for everyday cleaning of carpets and around the house, but it's great for someone who picks up the top quickly.

Since I was very satisfied after purchasing this product, after about 1 month of use I am disappointed with how quickly the battery dies. It's just impossible - literally worse than the iPhone, to be honest. I'm very unhappy.

I used to like Eufy products but this vacuum is a big disappointment. Worked great for 5 days. But now when we use it, the vacuum cleaner turns itself off after a few minutes. It seems the blockage is where the stick and canister meet. This may cause it to overheat and then shut down. According to the manual, 8 red flashes mean overheating. If it was a battery issue or the issue is unique to this unit I would replace it. However, as this appears to be a design flaw, I am getting my money back…

I bought this as a handy tool for vacuuming up spilled dog food and pet hair when I wasn't in the mood to use my excellent Shark vacuum. I've used this wireless Eufy all over the house, on hardwood floors, fine handcrafted rugs, and even on dog beds. I have a dog. I have 2 rugs in my 2300 square foot home. I installed it on my wall at the bottom of the stairs. So easily accessible! So when you press the only button you can turn on, the brush should spin as you move across the floor or carpet. We'll be as long as it moves, all is well. Just received today and charged for testing. Less than 1 minute after cleaning the low pile carpet, the felt pads started to separate from the underside. It was very disappointing. The rest of the block looked fine. At low (normal) power it had decent suction power. At high power, it had a high-pitched screech similar to a turbo, but also a much stronger suction power.
