Burned My Fingers with This

This lighter may be automatic, but it's also automatic in burning your fingers .As my tests showed the flame was too high and difficult to control. While it may be convenient, it's not worth sacrificing your health and household safety for..

Everything is fine except for the shocking me and the lack of instructions.

Aside from being shocked and trying and trying to use it, it's fine. My Smith Little Torch just fits the switch channel upside down and didn't seem to fire that way at first, but for some reason firing that way is stable now. Also, my soldering table has a tin surface, so if I touch it or anything on it while trying to light the flashlight, I get an electric shock. A cork gasket under the block solved this problem. Not that a smack from 2 AA batteries is life threatening, but annoying. And…
