💧 Eurostyle Cosmopolitan Single Handle Single Hole Bathroom Faucet Review

Bought two of these faucets to replace 20 year old Grohe Chiara faucets with broken drain plugs. We had a plumber examine them but were told they could not be repaired. I chose the Euro style because it was the most similar to what we had. Unfortunately they have a slightly smaller base and the stem that attaches the faucet to the stand was too short. I contacted Grohe for an extension cord but none was available for these faucets. So what should have taken 45 minutes ended up taking 3 hours…

This faucet is well made, high quality and all metal (except rubber and nylon gaskets). And the design is simple yet elegant. The StarLight chrome finish is shiny and easy to clean. But there are a few things to mention: 1. There is no detailed installation guide as such. There is only one diagram of all parts; and I had to go to the Grohe website to find their QuickFix installation video;2. In their QuickFix installation video they show that they use a special long socket wrench (Grohe Spanner

What strikes (besides the beauty of these faucets) is how smoothly the handle/lever works. Up and down, left to right. . . No more than one finger is required for operation. I cannot comment on the ease of installation as we had our contractor but have had no complaints or issues from them. So let's assume it was a normal installation process.
