Size 4-5 wellies are very hard to find in stores (e.g. Walmart's smallest size is 6) so I'm glad to know this little boot fits my child perfectly. In addition, high-quality PVC, as well as a small pocket for wet shoes and additional lining for the insole. Excellent value for money and quality.
