Eva Solo Fridge Carafe 1 Liter Review

I have ordered a second one. They are great for storing cold coffee. Now I have one for regular coffee and one for decaffeinated coffee.

VERY well designed and very well made. This is my third due to operator error. One fell off while washing and the other two broke!

I bought this lovely carafe to keep lemon water in the fridge. Holds 4 cups. There are more but I prefer this size. This is a beautiful carafe, no need to unscrew the lid, just tilt and pour. Eva Solo produces quality products. Highly recommended.

The first impression is a very beautiful and elegant looking water jug. What sets it apart from other regular water jugs is that you can use it as a fruit infusion if you wish. Because the top has a lid that keeps the fruit in place while water can be poured out, it works well as a brewing device for brewing fruit-filled water. A volume of 1.4 liters is also suitable. Not too small to keep refilling and about the right size to fit in your fridge door.

Now that my kids won't let me store drinks in plastic bottles I used a glass carafe that only held a liter and leaked when you tried to close it shake (although it was "technically" sealed). I like it. When you shake it, it's completely sealed, but when you twist it to pour, the liquid flows out easily. And it's pretty big. I make fresh lemonade for myself and this is the perfect way to store it. It was a bit pricey, like all Eva Solo designs, but that's probably because they're so pretty.
