However, when the zipper is open, the lower part, which should have elastic fasteners, does not fit. It's more like ropes sewn to the bottom layer. They don't bend at all. The bag itself is not bad in general. But the main flaw here is that Molle Velcro doesn't have Molle straps to attach to things. You can't velcro the panel to keep it from hanging all over the place. The secondary FAILURE is the handle used to detach the pouch from the velcro panel located on the front flap of the pouch.
