Loved the adjustable straps but it was way too small. I would say two sizes small compared the the sizing on my Yianna vest.

Go with your actual size, I got a size down and it was way to small then went a size up and it was way to big so make sure you measure yourself and go by your actual size!

I purchased this waist trainer only 4 months ago and already one of the side bone structures broke. I hate the way it fits in the back as it creates a bulge. Very disappointing

I had to return this and purchase one size up. However the second size fits as expected. I would recommend measuring to determine which size to buy.

I love that these are clothing size sized. It's so hard to guess what vendor goes by actual size but this one does! I'm a plus size woman and this is durable and the adjustable straps are amazing. I was in a 3x and went down a size . I've paid $60 for this quality of waist trainer. Worth the price

Through trial and error, I found that despite the adjustable shoulder straps, this waist trainer vest was extremely uncomfortable and restricting. The material was cheap and caused irritation on my skin.

I am 235lb and I had a wedding to attend, bought this a month in advance to try and I was not disappointed. I bought 6x and had to use the first hook. 1 week later I'm on the second hook, this works! Everything fits fine, I went with a 4x. The only thing I don’t like much is the clips for the straps, they are too big for the hole they go into. They come apart frequently. I could see these eventually breaking and unusable after a few weeks of wear. Mine are frayed after three uses.

This is number 3 of this trainer I have ordered and this would be the perfect trainer if the wire didn't constant come out I have had this problem with all 3 I guess it's time to just find another trainer. It bunches in the back as well it could stand to be alittle longer to fit the whole abdomen.
