A good monitoring solution, especially if your environment is already mostly cloud-based

I like that we have been able to monitor our infrastructure with one platform without having multiple applications installed across different platforms or toolsets. It's easy enough for any level of support staff member in my organization to use; however there are some features that could be more intuitive/easier to navigate once you've learned how they work - but this may just come down to personal preference as well! Easy monitoring tool for VMware environment

The best thing about this product is that it allows you to monitor your servers in real time. You can also manage your virtual machines using this software. It is very easy to use and has an amazing user interface. I wish it would give me more control over my virtual machine's settings. Great tool for troubleshooting issues from all over your organisation.

I like that you have all of your application logs in one place along with alerts which are easy to set up across multiple systems. Also having access from mobile makes this so much more useful as we do not always need our laptops available when using other applications such as Slack or HipChat where there may be issues around visibility/accessibility etc at times. It does take time getting used too but once its been setup everything else flows very easily! There aren't many things i dislike…
