Worth It: Backpacks

I wasn't expecting much from a $30 backpack, but I got a nice surprise! This is a well-made package. The seams and seams are very good. Hatching well done and in the right places. The fabric compares well to the real 30 year old Alice I have. This is a very good middle pack. I put down my light but bulky 35lb travel load and it carries it well. It will do a great job for hiking with my grandson. Oh, just a tip I picked up on YouTube. Buy a cheap $3 or $4 trash can that's the size of the inside…

Good value for money but room for improvement.

I haven't used this pack on the trail yet; However, it seems sturdy and able to take a lot of pressure. You must pack your backpack carefully as there is no access to the items below without taking everything out. The inner lining feels very waterproof. Since there is no rain cover, I had to buy it from Amazon. The side compartments are large. On the front there are comfortable ax straps. The top straps for the sleeping bag are a bit small so I need to replace them. The zippers seem fine, but…

Great bag for the price!

The bag will hold up well after a few uses. This is a large pack and holds a lot, I have no regrets purchasing this pack and would recommend it. Update after a few years of use. The bag has held up very well after many uses as I camp and hike regularly. The bag has no rips and the only flaw I see is the top handles. The plastic that attaches the handles to the bag isn't very strong but I highly recommend it and I'm still surprised at how long it lasts. In the photo I have two sleeping bags, a…

Very strong but the buckles keep coming loose and the zippers are weak.

Don't ask me why, but I could carry 2 gallons of paint, 100 feet of 1/2 inch rope, a 5 gallon bucket of paint grid, and two giant energy drinks in this thing for a little hike. Surprisingly, the paint cans fit side by side so I didn't have to unsteadily stack them on top of each other. Otherwise, the buckles for the side pockets keep coming loose and the zippers for the side pockets are a little crooked and get stuck easily. Also, no matter how I adjust the shoulder straps, the buckle on my…

if not better. Zippers are large, durable, metal.

This backpack looks like it will match the quality of its successor, which has been my go-to backpack for the last ten years. The material and workmanship are just as solid, if not better. Zippers are big, strong, metal, not narrow, plastic. It looks like it's going to be a great package. I think you could fill it with groceries (one of the many tasks I used my old backpack for). , and my new mate, and close by so you can see the one I've been using regularly for the past 10 years and it's…

Suitable for the intended use

Bought several of these for a family car trip with kids right out of the house. Basic performance backpack with large storage space, durable construction and additional storage compartments. The kids could stow everything they needed for the trip. For example, large capacity and outside pockets for more storage space. Various colors are available. - Your waist is designed to carry most of the pack's weight with less strain on your shoulders - so if you plan on loading this pack up and going…
