The Most Useful and Necessary

This is an ultra-light kettle that is very versatile. I use it to make coffee, pasta and food. This is my most useful and necessary item.

Pros
  • Easy to Use

Doesn't work with MSR Whisperlite

Available While this device appears to be of high quality, be aware that it will not securely attach to the MSR Whisperlite panel. I really like how the strainer is built into the lid of the pot and how the pot clearly shows the amount of liquid on the inside wall of the pot. In fact, I love the pot so much that I may have to buy a new stove and give it to my wife.

Pros
  • Alright!

What about the lid?

I bought and just received an Evernew Ti Pasta Pot but I think I have a problem with the lid. should it snap and be tight? I have to hold the pan and lift the lid by the edge, which of course isn't possible when it's hot. I couldn't take it off just by the top handle. I think it's good that the lid doesn't fall off, but as I said, it's only for storage. Are they all that tight? The rest of the product looks very high quality.

  • Confident

Lightweight, tight body and insulated handles - perfect!

I haven't put it on the track yet but I've tried it on several spirit lamps, it works perfectly. This is the smallest Evernew Titanium pan with insulated handles that I could find. With some spirit lamps, the flame tends to rise up the sides of the pot and heat the handles. Using a small Evernew pot last year on an AT without handle insulation resulted in many finger burns, even with the small oven mitt I brought with me. The insulation works great on this pot and the oven mitt will stay at…

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions

  • Protection

Great lightweight pot/mug

I like this pot mainly for its size and weight. I needed a lighter pan for hiking/biking with my SOTO Windmaster stove. I used an Evernew Friends 700ml pot so I have some experience with this although I just got my own. I've only used it to boil water. I haven't cooked anything in it yet. It's durable and easy to pour through the spout (many lightweight pots don't have a spout!). The lid fits snugly, but can be easily removed with a little pressure on the back. I use the Snow Peak Hot Lip (less

Pros
  • High test results for grip and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as others
