I didn't like that it doesn't stay in place and doesn't support what I need. So there was still pain and there was pain when you went to the toilet, you had to do it again. So if you're looking for something for minor support, that would be fine.

I've had this belt for less than a month and wear it all day, every day. Pain relief came immediately. Two weeks ago the velcro started not sticking anymore. Now, three weeks after I started wearing it, I can't get the velcro to stay connected at all. I would not recommend this belt.

I'm sure it's a good product but unfortunately it didn't help me. Although it is said to be related to my condition, I still had pain when walking and standing. For others this may work. I've never seen Velcro stronger than this, it sticks to itself and is almost impossible to untie. Annoying when getting dressed.

This orthosis is really comfortable and effectively relieves lower back and hip pain. I often wear it for support when traveling and for chores and activities when I need extra support to avoid stress on my pain points. This brace really saved me from completely failing my hip/back area as I started using it at the first sign of a problem. I am grateful that I found this product!

I bought this brace because I had a muscle strain in my lower back and just had cataract surgery and haven't been able to see a chiropractor for 6 weeks. Very disappointed. This worked great for the first two months of intermittent wear. Now that I'm wearing it every day during the gardening season, the velcro on the elastic drawstrings has completely gotten out of hand. No matter what I do, the Velcro comes loose with the tension needed to make the strap do what it was designed to do.
