VERY uncomfortable as a waist pack - too stiff to sit comfortably against the body when worn on the side and the waist belt needs more padding. Wearing it where it's most comfortable, mid-back, limits its usefulness for carrying camera gear and keeping lenses within reach outdoors. Also, the zippers don't seem strong enough to hold the bag up even if it's a bit overweight. Very disappointed as my expectations were much higher for the price.
