Excellent conditioning cap. My hair is curly and thick and this cap covers my hair better than regular plastic caps. It also uses your body heat to condition your hair.

I've heard a lot about this cap so I decided to buy it and so far I love it, I use it all the time. The hair is healthy and not heated, that's what you need, instead of using heat and damaging your hair, just get this conditioning cap.

These hats are great, took one star off for shipping, shipping was more than caps. (I have 3 of these) I love how low my AC goes, I will never regulate heat by them ever again. In the meantime I will enjoy it.

I only give this product three stars because instead of the above product I received several "Dream" metallized conditioner capsules, but! But I liked this brand even more. I have very thick hair and lots of it! This brand's version is larger and the elastic isn't as tight, which I also prefer. In fact I think I'll change my rating from 3 to 4 because I prefer what was sent to me!
