    Thin at best! Corkscrews on fenders

    This one replaced a 12 year old. An exact copy but not the original manufacturer. It is lightweight and feels fragile to the touch. It will as mine broke after 12 years of use and attempts to uncork using methods posted on the internet proved distasteful. I bought an extra one to have in my suitcase when traveling. Use with caution!

    Not recommended. Corks break easily

    Revane just has to pull it out. I took it out of the box once and couldn't remove the cork before it broke. The bottle opener got stuck twice when I tried to open a bottle and I've opened many, many wine bottles in my life lol. Spend $15 to $20 on a good bottle opener. Apparently, a cheap opening equals a bad bottle opening. It's good for poking the gaps between bottles, and that's about it.

    Can this be done cheaper? Do not buy!

    It looks like everything you buy now will be made thinner, lighter and cheaper for pennies more profit. But stuck in traffic?! This thing is so thin you could almost see the walls crumble when you twist the cork. I had an earlier version and when I compared it to this one I couldn't believe how cheaply it was made. I know it's not a lot of money, not a big deal, but if I had known what a piece of shit it was I wouldn't have ordered. Don't waste money. point him to a good product.

    Made cheap. Works, but not as easy to use as the best corkscrew.

    This is a cheap corkscrew that feels and works like a cheap corkscrew. One bottle of wine had its cork broken and it was very difficult to screw in all the corks we've used it on. It works, but I don't want it to be my main corkscrew. I bought this for our marina when we are at our camp. We're not big drinkers, but we open a bottle of wine from time to time and this will work for that. At home I prefer a higher quality corkscrew that is easier to use and has a better finish.
