    Essential for cycling

    Mandatory. My son is into BMX and mountain biking. He had an accident last week that broke his helmet. The helmet hit the ruff on impact, protecting him from being hit in the neck or collarbone by the helmet. I was very happy we got it.

    Great quality, well built!

    Works as advertised and very well built. Would buy again. However, I haven't decided yet how I'm going to attach it to the tread of the EVS F2 Roost. This neck collar comes with mounting hardware but I believe it is designed to attach to other EVS models.

    Buy this! suitable for motorcycles and weight training

    My child doesn't like wearing it BUT I LOVE IT! I would buy this thing a million times over for its safety. Worth every penny. Great stuff, easy to put on and SAVE LIVES! When I say that my child doesn't like to wear it, it's because he hates wearing something I make him wear, not because it's very uncomfortable. This makes the neck less maneuverable, but it's a job. EXCELLENT PURCHASE!

    Protects the helmet from the collarbone

    I have a laminated, threaded collarbone that is quite pressure sensitive and this keeps the edge of my helmet from touching that area. It sits very well and comfortably under my helmet and is almost invisible when riding. Only thing is that it's too tight under the Fox V2 helmet but that's the helmet's fault as it works great under my Thor, One and HJC helmets.

    Great product and a must have for kids. Good quality but could be thicker

    My kids had neck pain after riding without them all day. They both found it very comfortable and were able to support my 2 and 4 year old's head just enough that they didn't have to strain! The only reason for 4 stars is that I would have liked it to be a bit thicker. Their helmets would hold up a little better, though

    Get this if your child rides a motorcycle or ATV - prevent injuries at a low cost!

    My son loves it. Runs small, so for a child. Prevent head injuries, ensure safety. He has already tried it and fell uninjured - fortunately! I feel better when he wears that and his MIPS certified helmet. Get this cheap insurance for your child when they ride a motorcycle or quad. Don't be a cheap, sad parent and don't let your child get hurt.

    He has protected my 4 year old through many falls!

    We bought this for our 4 year old who has just started riding. We didn't want to spend a lot of money on a neck brace, but we wanted to make sure it was still secure. He rode it for about 3 months and crashed a couple of times, once it was pretty bad but it always protected his neck. When he takes a breath and goes down, his head still wobbles, but he never had any neck injuries in this instance. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the screws/bolts attaching it to the chest protector…

    Bought Youth S/M EVS E3 racing collar. It fits my 5 year old, me (5ft 2, 105lbs), it's too loose to be effective for my 2.5 year old. It looks good, seems easy to clean and has snaps to attach it to the chest protector. I don't think it fits over a mountain bike shirt though, which is why we bought it. This is something to consider if you already have a chest protector. The Alpenstern neck roll takes up enough space and adheres better to the skin. The EVS has a smooth faux leather finish, but…
