Video not compatible with factory head unit

The camera is not recognized by my Mercedes Alpine head unit or the camera is not working. No support, business email or company phone number (EWAY). Revane says they don't answer. It's too late to return. VERY UNHAPPY.

Allows you to see behind your car

Fits my Sprinter as advertised, includes everything needed for installation. Installation was pretty painless, the only issues I had were with the previously installed camera. I hooked mine up to an auxiliary power supply because it was difficult to find a good route to the brake light. Let's see if that affects the durability. It would be nice if you could use the wiring harness to draw power out of the camera, but overall this is a really good kit.

Not sure what to expect at this price point but the camera is great

The camera works very well, takes a good picture and has good night lighting considering how high it is on the Sprinter sits. I was concerned the cables would be too short, but on the roof with my 170-inch wheelbase, I had about 3 feet more. So if you have a 170 inch trolley with WB extension, everything is fine. I routed a wire from the camera to the driver's side and right with the rest of the wires. You run it through the driver's door, down the A-pillar to the fuse panel area, through the…
