EWETON Surveillance Infrared Weatherproof Security Review

Great security camera, bought 3 to replace my more expensive 3 Q-See cameras that broke in a thunderstorm and they work just as well. Excellent night vision, just bought a fourth because they are so cheap. I highly recommend these cameras, they work great and won't break your budget.

Bought to replace my broken FunLux. Wayyy is better for night vision compared to the last one. It looks like it's daytime since it's in a dark garage. I hope it lasts longer than my FunLux as I now have another look to replace. Backorder 3 more to replace appearance due to superior night vision! Now I'll see who eats my hosta at night.

I have several cameras in my network: Zmodo, BlueFishCam and Eweton. I can tell you that Eweton cameras have better image quality and image color than any other. They are also very tolerant of low light (twilight), meaning they retain a color image long before they switch to IR mode. They are so good that I will be replacing all my old cameras with this model exclusively.

So this is the fifth camera I have bought to try and work with my OLD analog 4-plex system. None of the others worked. They all look the same when I read the descriptions, but I'm told the signal switched to HD a few years ago, so none of the newer cameras (even the cheapest ones) will work with my system, which is about 5 years old is. BUT this camera is great! great price and good wide clear picture. So I buy extra ones to have on hand :)

I bought this camera for $18.99 and I am amazed at the value for money. I have a 16 camera system, some of which are $30 with excellent night vision and some with the Best Vision system that I bought here at Revain with below average night vision. I will be replacing some of the cameras with these as the night vision is much better than what I have seen. I recommend them for picture quality and night vision if you can get them for the same price as me. I will be buying more soon.

Bought this camera to replace the camera with burnt out IR and poor night vision. This camera has a sharp picture and better night vision than my old camera. But I noticed that it went away for 30-40 minutes while switching to night vision, and then intermittently during the night. $19 Camera with great picture and decent night vision, adjustment is key to positioning the camera for optimal night vision. A direct point on an object can reflect IR back into the lens, and a high lens setting loses night vision illumination range. These cameras have a wide projection with clear video, but the quality isn't 1-2 megapixels, but decent enough to see the face up close. I recommend this camera for your budget surveillance system. I was trying to update the system with higher resolution cameras so after reading all the reviews I gave it a try have viewed. Surprisingly, it had fewer 1 and 2 star reviews than others in this price range. I was lucky, my experience was at the bottom. It can't be 1000TVL!
