Don't buy corrugated bio bags to tear off the bags - they are much less durable than the bags you can buy individually in the box, I had to throw away some bags because they have tears. Definitely not worth the money.

These are great for filling a deep compost bin in the kitchen and I can run it without spilling and dump the contents in my compost heaps outside. However, I stopped throwing the bag on the compost heap because I found it didn't rot well. I used to order them from a horticultural company and they charged me more plus shipping. Exactly the same bags were cheaper here.

We have a stainless steel compost bin and have never wanted to clean and wash it. We've been buying them for 6 years and still love them. Children take them to the compost and empty them entirely.
