Looks great but doesn't quite fit

Arrived early and looked great but didn't quite match my crf150f. One of the mounting points had to be adjusted slightly to move the clutch lever away from the body.

Pros
  • Absolutely great!
Cons
  • Small things

installed on RPS Hawk 250

Overall very happy with this exhaust. A little modification and it fits my Hawk 250. Sounds mean. Nice deep powerful sound. The stream is much better than the drain and you will see a difference in performance.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Not bad

Sounds great and great price!

I bought this header and muffler for my Hawk 250 and it sounds great. Wrapped in thermal tape to prevent skin from touching the leg as there is no place to attach a regular heat shield. It took a while to get them from China but it was worth the wait.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Minor issues

Quality Probably good but too loud

Bought a 2004 Honda CRF150F last year when the previous owner removed the baffle from the stock muffler (which made it insanely loud). I wanted to replace the muffler with something quieter. The new Stoneman muffler was quieter but still too loud for my liking. Noise isn't a performance, folks. It fits the bike well and looks good.

This is a big change from stock.

Pretty easy to make once you know how. I got it in about an hour. Buy brass spacers so they can be moved and not destroyed. It may be necessary to move the collector pipe several times. But it's loud. I will put a partition in it. I fitted mine to a 115 jet in Kansas. I used to have a top speed of 60 and it took forever. Now it's hard to stop the pace. Front sprocket 18 teeth. You need to change the front of the case. I weigh 245 pounds. 6 feet 2 inches

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Suitable for 2017 RPS Hawk 250 with work. Instructions in my review.

You will need a new gasket, it is not included. You will also need a drill or dremmel to make the holes oval to match the exhaust studs. Assemble the two tubes before putting them on the bike. It takes a lot of effort to get them at the right angle. Add some exhaust wrap next to the airbox as they might touch. Place the exhaust pipe on the frame bolt next to the old exhaust pipe bolt. Use the supplied gasket and the old exhaust screw. The rear stock tire will rub if you don't use a shim. You…

I liked the quality, loud sound!

Big improvement in sound for my little Hawk 250. I had to adjust 5" 304 stainless steel tubing to have 1.25 OD ID. But that's because it's not just for enduro bikes was made, it says it was made for Honda What I had to do to make it fit: - The bolt holes in the flange are 3/8" by 1/2" to narrow them down to fit my Adjust bolt pattern - The bracket for the mid pipe and muffler didn't match up that well I made a muffler bracket and lined up the bracket on the mid section of the pipe with the top…
