Description of πŸ”© Stainless Steel Lifting Anchors Fasteners with Expansion Capability

Specification: M6*80 (bolt diameter 6MM, screw length 80MM) Quantity: 5PCS Made of 304 stainless steel, Expansion bolt is durable and can be used outdoors. It has better rust resistance (can be used in wet or even water, and will not rust). Hole size: Select a percussive drill bit of the same diameter as the expansion screw expansion tube, and install it on the electric drill to drill the wall. The depth of the hole is the same as the length of the bolt. Anchor bolt should be noted that the expansion bolts must be mounted on a relatively hard substrate, and the place where the soft and easy to fall off is unstable, such as the gap of the lime soil of the wall. The expansion tube part should all enter the wall. As long as the threaded part is long enough, the sleeve part is deeper and firmer. The tensile load installed in the concrete is five times that in the brick. After properly installing an M6/M8/M10/M12 expansion bolt in concrete, its tensile load strength is 120kg/170kg/320kg/510kg respectively. 100% customer satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can always send us an email to us, provide you with satisfactory service in the first time, you can also get a full refund, please rest assured to buy.

Plug and Play

Very simple and uncomplicated to use. Drill a hole (there is already a concrete punch), insert the screw and tighten until snug. Use them to secure the shade sail. So far, so good.

Pros
  • The tensile load applied in concrete is five times that of brick. After installing the M6/M8/M10/M12 anchor correctly in the concrete, its tensile strength is 120kg/170kg/320kg/510kg respectively.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Didn't move

I installed them in cinder blocks to secure my shade sail a few weeks ago and they have not moved since installing. My only issue is that I drilled the holes for the anchors to the same depth and one of the anchors went deeper than I'd like. In general they did exactly what they were supposed to.

Pros
  • Hole Size: Choose a hammer drill with the same diameter as the expansion tube and install it on the electric drill to drill through the wall. The depth of the hole corresponds to the length of the screw.
Cons
  • Not working

Very reliable when installed in a log wall.

Used in a log wall and works great. I drilled a hole in concrete with a drill bit and gently tapped with a hammer, then tightened the nut and screwed on the eyelet. The setup is for an 8x12 patio fabric sun cover that is very tight and looks great without sagging. It has been around for over a week now and everyone who sees it is impressed. I will buy them again if needed.

Pros
  • Specification: M6*80 (Bolt diameter 6mm, Screw length 80mm) Quantity: 5pcs Made of 304 stainless steel, the anchor is durable and can be used outdoors. It has better rust resistance (can be used in humid environment or even in water and will not rust).
Cons
  • Slightly dented
