Excellent battery and its light weight than my employers give us. Buy 2 and a charger for your car and you will never die in the field.

It arrived about half charged and held my hand well for testing. When placed on the charger it was too hot to touch when the charger indicated it was full. The radio still worked perfectly and when plugged back into the charger to keep it going it stayed cool.

Excellent batteries. A piece of advice: they will advise you to charge these batteries as soon as you receive them. I use them right away and drain the battery completely, then charge them fully to allow the battery to "cycle". The battery lasts longer all day if you do it this way and do it at least once a month.

I bought this battery to replace my Motorola XTS3000. To my surprise, this battery lasted over 10 hours before I charged it. There was no power reduction warning when charging. So the time between charges is currently unknown. Still analyzing its potential. I will buy another one soon. I recommend the seller and this product.

The price is ok. BE CAREFUL WITH IMPRES CHARGERS Cheap Chinese cells and little or no protection circuitry, these packs get hot as hell in the Impress charger, and dangerously so. I think they add circuitry to Motorola's "crazy" chargers to even accept and charge them. Can't be good for a long time. I've found that if you almost destroy the battery, it doesn't heat up while charging. Otherwise it's worth the price. It's been a few months and it still works all day.

Bought two batteries for my Motorola XTS5000. I work in a busy station and initially the batteries lasted my entire shift with moderate use. After 3 weeks I'm lucky if I run 3-4 hours with the same radioactivity with each battery. If I get a low battery beep I'd better put a new battery in right away or the radio is dead and I won't even notice. I bought them to save some money but they are useless and I should have just bought new ones from the factory. Do not buy.
