Bought this temperature sensor to check flat grids. Has worked well so far. The quality is good and the delivery was fast.

The probe that was delivered was not straight as shown. Probe curves and thus made the intended use more difficult. I want the product to be accurately depicted.

I use this sensor to measure the temperature in an electric drum fryer. There is a good indication of the temperature of the air in the brazier. My only disappointment is that it doesn't last as long as I would like due to the design of the probe inlet on the drum and the design of the probe. However, I have replaced my original version of this probe with a different one, so it clearly does what I need it to do.
