🔌 Enhanced Extech MN24-KIT Electrical Testing Kit Review

I have a lot of wiring so I wanted a socket tester. Then this package deal came along and I figured I couldn't have too many multimeters, especially since I seem to blast them no matter what settings I use. The hot wire grip was a bonus for me. Anyway, for $20 I thought it was a good deal and I'm very happy with the product. Now all I have to remember to do is set the selector switch back to voltage after checking some current so I don't blow this one up.

I certainly don't need another VOM DMM or Tattle Tale indicator or circuit tester - I already have analogue and digital devices, from old to new types. A nice little "stand" on the case that allows you to tilt the meter for easier reading. Bare probe tips will not contact most US parallel blade outlets to read 110-120 VAC line voltage. Bought this kit at a great price. As long as everything works as it should. I have no complaints at all. My daughter had a problem with her dryer and I couldn't fix it for her. But she borrowed a voltage tester with an electric pen and following my instructions she was able to troubleshoot her dryer (blown fuse) and repair it herself.
