I turned on these purple lights for a Halloween party. They were very bright and beautiful. Good quality and lots of features to choose from. Very happy.

Every time I turn them off and on again the mode resets. I want them to be just solid, but by default they're fast blinking. Where I live -40f it's stupid to go outside and reset the mode every time.

Not the seller's fault, but there is a short circuit in one thread. If it moves at all it will cut off completely so I have to pinch a piece of wire and tape it in place to keep it burning. If I didn't get half, broke. I would definitely give the beach 5 stars as it is very bright and beautiful if long enough. The price is acceptable.

The light is pleasant. sound well built. It's nice to look at. Everything seems to be fine with the modes. My only complaint and the reason for the 3 stars is that the mode resets every time you turn them off. I have a light on a timer so it only comes on at night and every day the mode goes back to something I don't want. And judging by the noise, there's no way to fix it since there's no memory on the controller.

These bright and beautiful lightbulbs come in a bright purple, but that's where the good ends. The wires are wound so loosely that they keep getting tangled and you struggle with a few wires instead of a good strong string. The feature for these lights allows for different flashing patterns, but turning them off will default to a random selection. So if you always want a blink, you'll have to change them to that every time you turn them on. I won't buy anymore.

Ok great light! I love everything EXCEPT that every flashing mode is so fast. Should be a slow flicker. There's a slow on/off, a slow blink, and the rest is fast or a mix of several (which is the worst). It starts off at a normal pace and then takes off like a laser show. It's so annoying and distracting. Lights should accent the decor, not sizzle with it. The speed is bad. I'll probably have to send them back. But everything else is great! And you can connect them.

Got these purple lights for Halloween. For the length of the strands and the number of lights, this was very advantageous. I was also very pleased that the lights, although small, are quite bright. We've had more treats this year than any other and I think the bright purple lights helped. We are at an intersection and the children could see that our house looks festive even as we walk further down the street.
