Doesn't work with cables and connections

Our house came pre-wired with Ethernet for TV streaming but one of our TVs doesn't have an Ethernet connection so I bought this with the expectation that it would for the Ethernet to HDMI conversion works, but unfortunately that didn't happen.

Worked for a purpose. Not another.

Worked great with a device sending data to a monitor with a spare 50ft ethernet cable. But didn't work when using unused Cat 6 Ethernet links in the wall to transmit graphics between two rooms in my office that were 35 feet apart. still highly recommended for temporary installations. But nothing that has too many device-monitor relationships.

Doesn't work in video cables

Our house had an Ethernet pre-connection for streaming TV, but one of our TVs didn't have an Ethernet connection, so I bought this with the expectation that it would for the Ethernet conversion to HDMI work, but unfortunately this did not happen.

Worked for a purpose. Not another.

But didn't work when using unused embedded Cat 6 Ethernet cables to transfer graphics between two separate 35ft rooms in my office. Still highly recommended for temporary settings. But nothing that has too many device-monitor relationships.

Buy cheap, you get it!

I didn't want to spend money on other more expensive converters and I got what I paid for. Tried several times with different 40ft Category 5 cables, didn't work. When I tried it with a short 5ft coil 5 it worked; Hence a score of 2. They're only useless for 5-10 feet; no need to convert this short distance. I suggest spending the extra money on active converters.

Waste of money, try another product or seller.

Garbage. The transmitter plugs directly into the cable box, and the receiver plugs into the TV with two 7-foot Category 5 cables. And it doesn't come. At a lower resolution, it will display for 10 seconds when the cable box is turned on, but when the cable box switches resolutions, it will turn black and stay black. Therefore, I do not recommend this product to anyone.
