I replaced the original hose that came with the hand-held shower head with this hose. The original hose looks to be the same quality, but this hose is 100" versus the 60" that came with the hand-held shower head. 60" was just not long enough for my purpose, although it may be long enough for someone else. Stainless steel was a big reason for purchasing this hose, as well as, the 100" length.

This is the forth hose I've had for a hand held sprayer. It is extremely flexible, seems well made and easy to install. Hopefully it will last. The others developed a crack in the hose or at the water line leading to leakage and ceiling repair on the floor below.

This is a high-quality shower-head hose. It is solidly constructed. It installs easily. The instructions say not to use plumber's tape nor tools and that was apparently good advice. It installed readily with simple hand tightening. Not bad - seems to be good quality. However the quality is off in terms of the finish. I ordered polished chrome and it doesn't seem as bright as my showerhead. It's passable I guess. The first one I bought lasted 3 years and 4 months. I hook this hose up to the sink, over the rail and into the shower. In 2018, the soft water tank broke and leaked resin into all the plumbing in my house. Only the 2 bathroom sinks weren't affected. I flushed out the toilets and the washing machine. Look no further than this stainless hose as it I need has metal fittings on both ends of the hose. Almost all fittings on the shower massagers are "sturdy plastic", which break in only a short while. Please advise what size replacement washers I need to purchase for this product. My hose is now leaking at each end of the hose. I need to know the size and material. Rubber or nylon washers. The product itself is great.

Most difference from other hoses that failed, was that the outer metal sheath seems to have a lot closer tolerances - fits very tightly together. The failure for the other hoses was a leak forming between the connectors where a pinhole formed in the inner rubber tube. Very happy with this one.

I bought it in Jan. It’s easy to install, looks good with my existing shower head. However the quality isn’t that good, it start to leak today after only 10 months. Disappointed.

We put this in our RV as the original hose wasn't long enough and it would get all twisted up. This shower hose was super easy to install and is long enough to reach anywhere in the shower. The fact that the hose spins in the coupler means that it doesn't twist up like the old one. Seems like it will last a long time.

Installed in June 2021. Removing the old one and replacing with this one took about ten minutes. Hose is still very flexible and has no leaks. It is long - fits our shower perfectly.

Really like the ability to use it to wash my hair in the tub without having to do it in the shower. The one that came with he new set was only 3 ft long, so trying to wash my hair water was everywhere, was really hard to try to rinse my hair.

This is an excellent replacement for the hose that came with a waterpik showerhead. One small issue is that the hose from waterpik had a different coupler shape than this hose, so with this hose, the handheld showerhead doesn’t fit into the holder as nicely.
