Good end product

Very easy installation. Contains everything you need except the cable. Fastening screws are only suitable for wood. I attached the metal with 4 1" metal screws.

How to cover Best in Fuses and Accessories

Exactly what I expected. I like the thumbscrew that holds the lid in place. I installed a similar one on my Can Am and the lid just snapped into place. Not as sure as this one.

Significantly improved design over previous models

Significantly improved ground rod position on this model compared to other available models. The locking knob in the lid keeps connections secure but is large enough to be unscrewed with a gloved hand if necessary. Good product!

Works great on a golf cart

I installed this on a 2006 EZGO TXT. I use it between my 36 volt to 12 volt converter and all my 12 volt accessories. I couldn't believe the old glass fuses were still in the car. This updated everything to modern fuses and the blown fuse indicator light is a great feature when you're rewiring an entire project like I did. I highly recommend.

Quality feel at a good price

I've just received the fuse box so this initial review is just for my initial thoughts. I will update this review with my positive or negative experience after using the products for some time. For the price I paid, this device feels sturdy and is made of quality plastic and metal components. It also looks really cool and comes with everything you need. If this fuse box works well and is easy to assemble I have a feeling I will buy more from this brand.

The terminals were too small for the current rating of the device

The appearance and layout of the device was OK except that the terminals were too small for the current rating of the device. Electrical components that do not conform to advertised specifications may pose a risk of overheating and a possible fire when electrical loads are applied that exceed the build quality, even if the applied loads are within the ratings specified for the device.
