Amazing company! in Accessory

I ordered the wrong bowl first and it didn't fit. I didn't realize I had ordered the wrong shell for my controller until they emailed me and were kind enough to send me the correct size. I know the correct size will fit and I am very grateful to them for reaching out and trying to resolve the original issue. Definitely recommend your product! Thanks again to her :)

Doesn't fit the controller properly

because I assembled the controller with the new skin the new skin didn't fit the controller properly to make sure I disassembled and reassembled then reassembled. Back with the original shell it fit well. This wasn't the first time I've built a controller and I may have been sent a faulty skin, but it's still very annoying and a waste of my money.

Have ordered similar eXtremeRate products in the past with no problems.

Had ordered similar eXtremeRate products in the past with no problems so I bought this one without hesitation and to my surprise when I received it the pins/pins on the inside were the same as the back half of my controller, broken. **UPDATE** Apparently my review was read so I was sent a replacement and as expected it was 1A (All's Good). Many thanks to eXtremeRate for looking after their customers.

The screws don't fit. for accessories

I've ordered four different faceplates from these guys and they haven't had a single problem. So I ordered the blue soft texture because my hands tend to sweat and I wanted something different, I had the worst experience. After spending nearly an hour trying to figure out why the screws wouldn't go in, I soon realized it was holes preventing the screws from going in. So I tried drilling a little deeper with the included screwdriver to see if the screws would go in and they went in, but they…
