My item arrived broken. This is a chip in the jar near the top. I opened the plastic and the broken glass just fell out. Very disappointed and glad it came with two so at least I have one available.

Great product! I have a Borboletta Beauty lash palette and it's $18 for a palette much larger than this one, but I like that they're small because they're a lot easier to store and don't take up a lot of bed space to work. Quality is good, the glass is thick, a bit heavy (which I like). I'm only giving it 4 stars because it's a bit narrow and some of the lash bands are outside the plate.

I tried them for the first time this morning while filling out a customer survey. I am very satisfied with this glass bowl. The curve widens the lashes to make them easy to grab. I know some reviewers said they weren't long enough, but I found the right size. I use a separate jade stone for the glue.
