Disappointing POS Scanner

When I tried this product, I found that it was extremely slow and unresponsive. It would often fail to scan barcodes, forcing me to manually input each item into the system. On the plus side, the design was sleek and stylish. However, this was not enough to make up for the poor performance. I would not recommend this scanner to anyone in need of reliable POS electronics.

Works fine but doesn't wake up automatically.

We intended to use this scanner in a hands-free kiosk, but it doesn't auto-activate as advertised. It requires the user to press a button on top. After waking up, it scans very well. The support team was quite responsive but didn't really help. We have found that the mouse pointer becomes somewhat erratic on any computer this scanner is connected to.

Scans warehouse outbound packages quickly and efficiently

I particularly like the fact that users don't have to press any buttons or hold the scanner in their hands. You can use both hands free and work efficiently, saving seconds. Scanner $88.18 / $16.2 hours = 5.44 hours saved to break even. Converting 5.44 hours to seconds = 19584 seconds. You 9792 packages to recoup your expenses. Just my calculations.
