For an "active" cooler, it didn't cool any better than the heatsink that came with my motherboard. The fan is generally not very loud and doesn't seem to be doing anything useful. The RGB lighting is poorly diffused and has distinct bright spots for each LED. Color accuracy seems good at best, but they're bright enough. All in all, if you're looking to upgrade without a heatsink by adding a bit of spice to your build, that's probably fine, but if you're looking to keep NVMe temperatures down…

Noisy. The fan does not turn off.

I removed this thing a few weeks later so it's in the parts bin now. Some people have complained that the light is too bright, it's very bright and drowns out the rest of your motherboard lights, but I'm not complaining about that. The problem is that even with the correct bios settings and turning off the lights when the computer is turned off, the fan runs at full speed all the time. There is only one adapter cable that powers the fan and lights, and for some reason the fan runs all the time.

Not compatible with all ASUS boards

UPDATE - I bought a converter so I can use the fan and. It does NOTHING, I repeat, it does not change the temperature by 1 degree. The heatsink itself lowers the temperature, but turning on the fan doesn't lower the temperature by a degree. Aura Sync. My Prime Z370 only has 12V RGB connectors despite being an Aura Sync board. Do not list your item as compatible with all boards unless you are sure. You should also be aware that the fan and RGB are both powered by 5V, and anyway. I thought 5v was
