These bulbs were intended to replace the current ones which were flickering. These new ones will not match the existing ballast even if the model number is the same. The shape of the ends is different from my Philco bulbs. These bulbs are called unique bulbs. I do not recommend this lamp.

I was talking about or using LEDs for more brightness in my kitchen as my others were old and not very bright anymore. They were cheaper so I went for them decided and wow they bright are of course glad I did, I only rated the durability a 4 as I haven't had them long enough to know but I'm really glad I bought them The packaging was excellent too, nicely wrapped in a tube and then back in bubble wrap.

Luckily I didn't have to buy a whole box and was only able to buy two. They arrived quickly and were packed in their own box so they didn't break! Hooray! I used this product to replace a previous bulb that was not lighting the fixture. I unpacked the bulb from the packaging material and put it in the lamp and found that it still doesn't work! Then I noticed that the switch wasn't in the right position to excite the electrons in the bulb. I flipped the switch and lo and behold, the light came on!
