Excellent quality watercolor paper.

Excellent quality watercolor paper. I am very satisfied with this brand I have never tried before this purchase. I would definitely recommend this paper/brand to others looking for quality watercolor paper at a great price. Price.

Pros
  • Art paper
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Works well.

This is my first purchase of watercolor hot pressed paper. I usually cold press and love the texture. Lately I've been sketching with Micron pens and adding watercolors to finish the job. Grips work much better on a smooth texture. Ink moves very easily on smooth paper.

Pros
  • Crafts and Sewing
Cons
  • Some mistakes

I hate that!

Full Disclosure - I'm used to cold paper and love the texture so I accidentally bought this notebook not realizing it was printed hot. Maybe I'm not used to hot pressing OR the paper isn't very good. What struck me is the almost plastic feel of the paper, so my watercolor doesn't soak in and blend well like it does on my low quality 140 lb Canslon student cold press block. I'll keep trying, maybe it's just unease from something new, but. ble. I don't buy anymore.

Pros
  • Drawing, Painting & Craft Supplies
Cons
  • High Price
