Great customer support & collaboration

The ability for me as an agency owner/manager at fanatical is that my team can manage our workflows without any hassle! They also always have great ideas when it comes time do collaborate with their clients or vendors (ie- social media) I think we all need more of those types relationships in this industry - but they are there!! We've been able make sales calls from home easier than ever now by creating processes around how everything happens for us via email reminders etc.. We had some very…

  • My experience has shown customer support, knowledge base articles & templates help you get things done fast + efficiently while keeping your entire marketing plan under one roof = YAYYYY!!! Their platform was easy enough even though i'm still newbie compared too other platforms outthere :) It's super user friendly ! Very happy wth results thusfar
