Fandian Ceiling Control Retractable Restaurant Lighting & Ceiling Fans Review

We replaced our dining room chandelier with this as it looks like a chandelier with hidden wings and so far we have used the light and fan and enjoyed it. It's worth buying even if it's expensive

I was skeptical when I first saw this fan. I brought it and I LOVE it. The light comes in three different shades of white and the fan is great. The fan has three speeds and enough power for cooling. no noise Lots of fun watching the fan come out of the light.

Love this light with a fan! If you only use light, you don't have to see the fan blades, so it's stylish. The fan has 3 speeds and while not reversible for seasonal changes, it still produces great airflow. The fan timer is also a useful feature. I'm glad we made this purchase. It works great in our bedroom.

We love the look of the fan and the fact that the blades retract when it's off. The higher the RPM, the more fan blades come out. We installed it on a covered porch and found it provided excellent airflow and plenty of reading light. And you can choose warm or cool light according to your taste. Great product and we would buy it again.

This fan is beautiful and works great so far. The reason for the three stars is that the installation was a nightmare. The instructions were incoherent and confusing. The wiring wasn't clearly labeled and there was a lot of guesswork involved in connecting it. Unless you are an electrician or have advanced and extensive experience installing lights, you must be hired for proper installation.

Works and looks decent but not as pretty as the photo. For example, it appears to have shiny glass and a chrome lid that's actually plastic, including "chrome". Also, the kit does not include screws to attach the globe, so we decided to buy pan head screws for attachment. They sent me a replacement globe but again there are no screws. In general I like the fan. It's different from the same old ceiling fan and puts out a lot of air.

The quality of this fan is less than what you would buy in a store. The metal part of the lamp was dented in many places upon arrival. I don't think this would be unique to our department. The metal is so thin that I expect every fan to have indentations from processing to placement in the box. The electrical box inside the luminaire is visible through the cover after installation. The fan itself is excellent. It moves air and you really feel it when you're under it. You can still feel the movement of the air a few feet away, but not as much as directly below. I also love the three setting light. There is a lot of light. It was pretty easy to install. The instructions aren't very good, but I was able to figure it out quite easily. So why only 2 stars? Now I see they advertise it as 44" in the title but when I ordered it it was advertised as 48". The specs still say 48…

So it's kind of a test whether Revain will publish an accurate review. It bothers me a bit when I read a review that says they give 3 stars and yet it's posted as a 5 star review.
