Quiet, well made, quiet, easy to assemble, quiet, well balanced, quiet and lets a lot of air through. Our last fan was unbalanced and loud, making clicking noises that were slowly driving us insane. This fan is perfect!

Very high quality fan - nice and heavy. The blades are well balanced, there is no vibration. Installation was a bit more difficult than it should have been. It is very difficult to align the small screws to reattach the cover over the electrical box. Also, the brushed nickel finish feels a bit soft - more like a lacquered finish. No problem after installation - just be careful with metal parts during installation.
