Very pretty light. I like the way it looks and it gives a decent light for my small laundry room. However. My husband didn't like being hung at all and he hung a lot of lights. True, my husband was not happy with your installation. He said the brackets didn't match and it took some time to figure it out with the other brackets. Someone didn't think about the installation at all, they had a job ha ha, otherwise they are beautiful, I'm not sure about the size yet. I think it should be bigger for big halls. Nice light but terrible installation. Wrong gear, useless guide. In my case I find if I just had 2 extra 8-32 nuts (so each bolt could clamp the mounting plate with 2 nuts - they only give 2 nuts total) everything would be fine, but now it's an extra trip into one hardware store. I was lucky that I had extra mounting hardware from the old jig to use.

Poor installation. Can't say it enough. The install was the worst I have ever tried to install. I've installed a lot of lights and it usually takes about 15 minutes. Each of the three I bought lasted over 90 minutes. Terrible hanging design. PITA BREAD! After installation, the light quality seems normal, but don't waste your time. Not worth the trouble.

Would have given 5 stars but instead of a circle it's square. Of course when we tried to install it we couldn't because the fixture in the ceiling wasn't straight and the fixture couldn't move. It's a nice lamp, but because my house is square we can't use it. Keep this in mind when purchasing a square mount instead of a circular mount, as circles can be installed any way you like and this is not a problem. Anyway, you want the attachment to be straight and not a crooked diamond or something.
