Fashioncraft 6103 Collection Starfish Stoppers Review

Yes it's clearly a starfish bottle stopper but I bought it because I really liked the blue color and obviously didn't get it in the mail. Nowhere does it state that it comes in colors other than blue, or expect any other color. I just don't care about this color.

Very pretty and fits the bottle well. The first time I got it wet when I washed it with water (no soap) the starfish fell off. I haven't glued it back on yet, so I don't know how the glass material that makes up the starfish adheres to the metal on a real wine cork.

I loved the packaging of this item and it's a really cute wine cork. However, I only used it once and it broke. The starfish came off the bottom as it was just glued on. Very cheap and very disappointed. I actually bought another one for a friend as a gift and now I'm embarrassed because hers will probably do the same. :-(

Very nice wine stopper. However, I carefully inserted it into the wine bottle and when I took it out of the bottle again, the glass star had come loose from the rest of the cork. It looked like the star was glued to the cork, although it must have been something like Elmer's glue, not Gorilla's glue. I was very disappointed but I will try to glue the star again.

I ordered these as stockings for a friend because she loves turquoise but although the item in the photo here is in turquoise and silver it came in a different color - dark blue Gold. It was also very poor quality! The starfish fell off the cork when I took it out of the box. There was a patch of glue that was supposed to hold the pieces together, but it was very poorly made. Very disappointed - don't repeat my mistake!

I reordered it and it was received the next day, but on opening the starfish completely detached from the cork (no damage/tampering to the packaging was visible so make sure you open it to see if you got it want to give away ) as a gift). We bought this as a Christmas present for a relative. The work is very nice, I and the host really liked it. It is very stable on the metal cork, the colors are bright and true to the picture. What we liked most was that it came packaged in a cute little gift box with a bow, no gift wrapping required. I would buy it again anytime and definitely recommend it!
