Enhanced Automotive Safety

Instructions in Chinese not English

I bought two of these and they only arrived with instructions in Chinese. The product has 4 steps to turn on and off with options and there doesn't seem to be an on off button. When they contacted the company through Revain they asked me how many batteries are needed. The? When Revain starts selling products on their website with only instructions in Chinese, it will be time for me to shop elsewhere.
