Looks good, perfect size but poorly finished. The screws keep loosening, causing the posts to twist and become unstable. Definitely a disappointment. I can't find a way to contact the seller to ask a question. I don't know how to return it as it has already been assembled and used.

2 stars because it was easy to assemble but one of the balloons exploded after my 4 month old cat played for two minutes. He easily fell off the rope and fell apart. 1) I believe others will do the same. 2) I think that's why they have an extra ball on the rope. Small bells are attached to the bobbles. So when the others fall apart, I have to get the bells before my cat or dog eats them. I'll probably delete them now to be on the safe side.

Great little scratching post for our new wild kitten who loves obstacle courses! Hanging puff balloons with bells are great for attracting and keeping his attention. He likes to use this part of the tree as his personal mini karate training stand, smacking it with both paws while hitting the balls. This product arrived quickly and was so easy to put together that two of my 12 year olds did it themselves (a miracle in itself). I hope this continues for a while because.

We were about to adopt a kitten and ordered this cat house/tower. I'm so glad I chose this one! It's all perfect. Big size. Lots of levels but doesn't take up too much space. I like that the material is more like fur than carpet. It has a basic scratching post, but the detachable sticks that the balls are attached to also have a scratching post. Cute little cat tower! Pretty soft and decent scratching posts. Slightly smaller than expected but it's our fault for not reading carefully. Both of our kittens should be fine. I was looking for a small cat tower with lots of hiding spots and some entertainment to keep my rat pups entertained. This one looked like it could fill the bill, and I was right!
