I had to order these twice because my first pack said it was there but it wasn't. Revain belongs to Aesop and made sure I got another one for free. Beautiful bright funny hair feathers. They were easy to apply to my daughter's hair. I was able to remove them and save the little beads you clip in there for the next use. A fun and easy way to add color without hair dye. Also good quality

The product does not match the description. Only got 12, not 20. Feathers were 3 to 5 inches long. Far from the described length of 8-11 inches. This purchase was a gift and if I had known they would not arrive as described I would not have wasted my money. These pens were quite expensive so I expected to receive a quality product as described. Should have ordered elsewhere.

We should have listened to the bad reviews! Many of them are not 8 inches long and only a few of them are thick. About half of them are only 1.5mm wide, so you won't even see them unless you're using them together. They are the same width as the tip of a pencil (see photo). Salons will never buy a product of this quality and burden their clients with it. The only positive thing is that the colors are vibrant, but that doesn't matter when the product is so small you can't see it! I didn't find…
