Cutting angle from top of handle is too FAR DOWN in 8", 10" and larger narrow cup holders. Didn't like it but the price was great if you're not looking for those types of holders. And by the way, it hardly cuts wooden wicks, splits them. when SOMEONE asks how I am and no one answers.

I use these trimmers a lot, they are angled so you can reach into the wick trimmer containers after use for cleaner burning candles. I love her. They work with almost all of my candles, but I'm having trouble lowering them into larger glass containers (like mason jars, etc.). I'm glad I have them and have also bought some as gifts.

All can be a bit awkward to use but this is my first wick trimmer. The corner takes some getting used to. The quality is very good. The metal is heavy and durable. The trimmer did the job the few times I've used it. It takes some practice to figure out how far to hold the trimmer to cut enough wick but not too much. The decorative etched design is eye-catching and makes the product more attractive to keep it visible and not hidden. Good price for what it is. No complaints (yet).
