It works, it's just expensive

As with any video or photo equipment there is a ridiculous upcharge as the products are designed for a narrower application so while this is overpriced this still is a very good piece. Gear. Rschunimagu

The case fits my Ninja V!

So far, so good. looks strong I'm not sure what the little rubber washer is for. Will update after I actually use it to give you a proper rating. However, the included case fits my Atomos Ninja V perfectly! That's a star!

Excellent mount for tripod and monopod Accessories

Very good mount, excellent workmanship despite the country of origin. It is very durable and can be mounted on a hot shoe or a tripod. I use it with a 7 inch Feelworld field monitor mounted on a Canon G30 camcorder. Great combination.

Zero versatility in camera mounts and clips

This poor piece of junk is only "useful" when attacking the top of the camera or with the cold shoe mount down. Forget trying to install it sideways or any other direction. Also, the screws don't tighten well and it tends to wobble all the time. A really bad piece of junk.

works fine but not for my situation

I often shoot looking up and the monitor mounted on top of the camera makes it much harder when you tilt the camera backwards. I have a nice tripod with a metal ball head, but it can't hold the camera securely due to the extra weight (I'm using a 7" monitor with an external battery - it's quite heavy). It's good for horizontal shots.

Good replacement for SmallHD Focus 7 Tilt Bracket

on the bottom of the bracket and not fully tightened to the SmallHD Focus 7 - 1/4" thread. So I simply drilled through the bottom of the mount to 1/4" so the tie rod screw was unthreaded, forcing myself to screw into the SmallHD Focus 7 instead. The SmallHD 7 tilt mount is too expensive, so definitely an alternative. Just remember to regularly check the screw tightness (when loosening them for a pallet). But definitely not perfect, but you can save some money to give it a try. Hope this helps…

Poor build quality. Pass on.

First of all I want to say that my Feelworld LUT7 monitor is a great monitor. At 2200 nits I can get it bright enough to use outdoors in broad daylight and it has great features. However, the included bracket is quite wobbly. So I found this L-Bracket on the internet and assumed it would be a more reliable choice for a monitor.
