Works well good for brewing

I don't know why stretch is an option, this tubing doesn't stretch. However, it is quite flexible. This good quality came as described.

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Nice beer line! - Brew

This is the same good Bvlev beer line they sell at my home brew shop, not the normal regular plastic lines that other vendors sell as the beer line. Take it.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Easily repairable

Not food safe. Do not buy.

It is in no way food safe. After switching to this line, my beer developed a distinct plastic taste (I had the same keg on the old standard beer line). I thought it was temporary but after a few strands it still smells like plastic. Terrible.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Mostly good, but...

Plastic Taste on Barrels and Barrels

WARNING: Carbonated water imparts taste to plastic. Bought for my kegerator to make sparkling water. After reading the reviews I decided on this one. Very disappointed. Water comes out with an unpleasant plastic taste. The taste of plastic is so strong that it has a texture more like milk than water. Tried all the tricks mentioned elsewhere, including cutting the hoses, cleaning them with dish soap, and submerging the hose in hot water. The plastic taste is still there. waste of money.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Negative Impression
