Lamp Posts Best in String Lights

I bought something last summer that attached to our deck railing for $200! Expensive deck railing broke on initial installation. Fast forward to this summer and I decided to buy them. I used them in a pot as they couldn't get stuck in the ground on our deck. I had to cut the spikes from the bottom, a no brainer. I installed concrete and pipes in the base of the planter.
